INTRODUCTION
Settlers have always taken risks to get rewards: open
land; new animals; adventures and sights. Now you're a
settler.
No one said it would be easy. But you're already past
the hardest part: realizing you deserve a better life. Now
comes the second-hardest part: defending yourself from
the many Go.D.S.E.E.D. fragments you'll encounter in
the desert.
But just think how you'll feel when you step through
Milwaukee's East Gate. A new home - a steady job - im-
proving infrastructure - avoiding rebels - not unreason-
able taxation - continued Go.D.S.E.E.D. fragment at-
tacks.
So what are you waiting for, settler? We're excited to
meet you! Do not enter through the North Gate.
